A KEEN Gift Card is a pre-paid card that can be used for purchases with keenfootwear.com.au. When purchasing a Gift Card simply select or nominate a dollar value to put on the card, and pay for it as you would a regular transaction. These are fantastic presents for friends and family as they can be used to make purchases online at keenfootwear.com.au

KEEN Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at keenfootwear.com.au. You can purchase any item sold at any keenfootwear.com.au.

When you receive the Gift Card, you will receive a unique code. Apply that unique code at the checkout to use your gift card. Your Gift Card details or balance will not be linked to an online account.

The Gift Card will be emailed to the purchaser directly. From there, you can print or email the Gift Card and the Gift Card coupon code to the receiver of the Gift Card.

KEEN Gift Cards have a three-year expiry date, so everyone has plenty of time to make the most of it!

Treat your gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. If you’ve lost the original email containing the details of the Gift Card, you can reach out to the team at keenfootwear.com.au, by email: customerservice@keenfootwear.com.au or phone: (02) 9552 6900. We only store the details of the person who purchased the Gift Card, not the person the Gift Card was gifted to. If you are trying to locate your Gift Card, make sure you have the purchaser’s details.

Goods which are purchased solely or in part with a gift card may be exchanged or returned subject to the exchange and returns policy of keenfootwear.com.au. Any amount owed back will be issued on a new gift card.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Please treat gift cards as cash. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Once activated they may be redeemed for purchases at keenfootwear.com.au. They cannot be redeemed for cash. The funds will be verified on request, at the time of purchase or by completing a balance enquiry. No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in part against future purchases at keenfootwear.com.au. Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on the gift card after expiry will not be available for use.
