KEEN Fans receive free standard shipping on every order, and all orders over $150 ship free too. Not a member yet? Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide. Please note that we do not currently offer express shipping. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 business days, with delivery typically taking a further 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey with Australia Post right to your doorstep.
