How to Make a Return

We want you to love your KEEN shoes as much as we do, but if your order isn’t quite right, no worries! You’ve got 30 days to make a return. Everything’s eligible (except clearance items, unless faulty), and we’ll even ship your exchange item back to you for free!

How it works:

  1. Visit our Returns Request area and follow the steps to complete your return.
  2. Print your shipping label to send the item back. No printer? Head to Australia Post, show the shipping label, and they’ll print it for you.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 1–2 business days and email you a confirmation.

KEEN Outlet Returns

Any product that are part of our KEEN Outlet are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. These items cannot be returned to us for a refund. However, if this product fails to meet a Consumer Guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, then this exclusion will not apply to a Product that fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees.

Our Exchange and Return Options

Online Credits:

Free return shipping, plus complimentary exchange shipping back to you.

Online credits are valid for 3 years, are non-refundable, and cannot be extended. 

Receive a bonus $10 credit to use if you redeem immediately!

Exchanges:

$15 return shipping fee, but we’ll cover the exchange shipping back to you. Choose between:

  • Instant Exchange: Processed instantly using your card; the original item must be returned within 20 days to avoid charges.
  • Standard Exchange: Processed once the returned item is in transit to KEEN Australia HQ.

We offer size or product exchanges. Product exchanges let you shop online and pay the difference for a pricier style.

Discount codes can’t be applied to exchange orders.

If your exchange item is out of stock, you’ll receive an online credit (valid for 3 years, non-refundable, and non-transferable).

Bonus points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used in the same exchange order.

Refunds:

A $20 fee is deducted from the refund amount for return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive your return and take 2-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Rewards points used for purchases won’t be reinstated for returns or exchanges.
  • Returned items must be in new, resellable condition with tags and packaging intact (unless faulty). Damaged items, including altered boxes, may not be accepted.
  • Free promotional items included in your order must also be returned for a full refund or exchange.
  • Track your return with AusPost using your provided tracking number.
