We want you to love your KEEN shoes. If they’re not quite right, no worries — you have 30 days to return your purchase.

How it works

  1. Submit your return.
  2. Print your shipping label, or take it to Australia Post and they can print it for you.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 2–4 business days and email you confirmation.

Your options

  • Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method, less a $20 handling and restocking fee.
  • Exchange: Choose a Standard or Instant Exchange, subject to availability. A $20 handling fee applies. Instant Exchanges may be shipped before we receive your original item.

A few things to know

  • Returns must be new, unused and in saleable condition, with original packaging, tags and accessories.
  • Shoes must not have been worn outdoors or show signs of wear, dirt or damage. We recommend trying them on indoors first.
  • Sale and Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
  • If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us before submitting a return. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
