KEEN Fans enjoy free standard shipping, and all orders over $100 ship free too. Not a member? No problem—standard shipping is a flat $10, and express shipping is available for $15.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey with  Australia Post right to your doorstep.

From time to time, Australia Post and other delivery services may experience high demand, and any resulting delays are unfortunately out of our control. Thanks for your patience if this happens!

We want you to love your KEEN shoes, but if your order arrives and it’s not quite what you had in mind, no worries! You’ve got 30 days to make a return! Here’s a quick overview:

Complete your return request in the Returns Request Portal and choose your return option

We want you to love your KEEN shoes as much as we do, but if your order isn’t quite right, no worries! You’ve got 30 days to make a return. Everything’s eligible (except clearance items, unless faulty), and we’ll even ship your exchange item back to you for free!

We stand behind all KEEN footwear with our One-Year Limited Warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of KEEN footwear for one year from the confirmed date of purchase.

Did you buy your KEEN footwear from one of our retail partners? Head back to them with your proof of purchase and they will help you out. Purchased directly from us online? Just fill out our simple Warranty Request Form and we'll take care of you.

Keep in mind though - normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over time are not covered under our warranty.

All of our shoes are sold in US sizes. You can refer to our Sizing Chart to convert to UK, EU, JP, and centimeters.
