We want you to love your KEEN shoes, but if your order arrives and it’s not quite what you had in mind, no worries! You’ve got 30 days to make a return! Everything’s eligible (except clearance items, unless faulty), and we’ll even ship your exchange item back to you for free!

We stand behind all KEEN footwear with our One-Year Limited Warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the confirmed date of purchase.

Did you buy your KEEN footwear from one of our retail partners? Head back to them with your proof of purchase and they will help you out. Purchased directly from us online? Just fill out our simple Warranty Request Form and we'll take care of you.

Keep in mind though - normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over time are not covered under our warranty.
